Refund policy

We don’t offer returns or refunds. Exchanges for a different size or color are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

To start an exchange, email know@mercystayswarm.com or message @mercystayswarm on Instagram with your order number. You cover shipping back to us; we ship the replacement.

In Dallas, we can arrange an exchange in person.

If the size you want isn’t in stock, it’s made to order and ships within 7–10 business days.

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund until production begins. To cancel, email know@mercystayswarm.com or message @mercystayswarm on Instagram with your order number.
